Take Rest

This time of the year is always a bit stress full not for me but for all other who have to deal with family demands , work pressure and financial worries . So to “rest easy” is not that easy as our mind is perpetually racing. In such time I try to gift myself a peaceful sleep. The relaxation technique which I use, is close my door put off the lights. Lit up a very mild fragrance little candles then start a very soft music, go to bed and close my eyes and concentrate on few of the lovely quotes which I will share today. This helps me to slow down and rest up. I am very hopeful that this simple yet effective technique will help you to relax also.
First give your mind a treat with these beautiful soft tunes (one of my favorite) and listening to this music just remember this quote below this video.

"Smile, breathe, and go slowly"
Thich Nhat Hanh

"Nothing is permanent in this wicked world—not even our troubles."
Charlie Chaplin

"Take rest; a field that has rested gives a bountiful crop."
Ovid

"Tension is who you think you should be. Relaxation is who you are."
Chinese proverb

"For fast-acting relief, try slowing down."
Lily Tomlin

Be Happy .God Bless.

  1. Slowing down is very important. Sometimes when I'm doing household chores, or eating dinner, or walking down the street I'll start counting very slowly to myself in long intervals-one...two...three. That relaxes me and increases my pleasure tenfold.
